How to order

Step 1: Find and Select Products

  1. Browse Products: Use the product category menu  or the search bar at the top of the page to find the products you want.

  2. View Product Details: Click on the product image or name to view detailed information, descriptions, images, and options (if available, such as size, color).

Step 2: Add Products to Cart

  1. Select Options: If the product has options (e.g., size, color, quantity), please select your desired choices.

  2. Add to Cart: Click the "Add to Cart" or "Buy It Now" button.

    • "Add to Cart": The product will be added to your shopping cart, and you can continue shopping for other items.

    • "Buy It Now": You will be taken directly to the checkout page.

Step 3: Review Your Cart

  1. View Cart: After adding products, you can click the cart icon (usually located in the top right corner of the screen) to review your selected items.

  2. Adjust Cart: On the cart page, you can:

    • Change product quantities.

    • Remove products from your cart.

    • Enter a discount code (if you have one) in the "Discount Code" or "Gift card or discount code" field and click "Apply."

  3. Proceed to Checkout: Once you are satisfied with your cart, click the "Checkout" or "Proceed to Checkout" button.

Step 4: Enter Shipping and Payment Information

  1. Contact Information: Provide your email address and/or phone number so we can contact you about your order.

  2. Shipping Address: Enter your full and accurate shipping address (including recipient's name, phone number, street address, apartment/suite number, city, state, and zip code).

  3. Shipping Method: Select your preferred shipping method from the available options. Shipping fees will be displayed (if applicable).

  4. Payment Information:

    • Select your preferred payment method (e.g., Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, etc.).

    • Enter the necessary payment details as prompted.

    • Billing Address: If different from your shipping address, please select and enter the information. For card payments, this address usually needs to match the address registered with your card.

Step 5: Review and Complete Your Order

  1. Review Order: Please carefully review all your order information one more time, including products, quantities, shipping address, shipping method, and total amount.

  2. Place Order: If all information is correct, click the "Complete Order" or "Pay now" button.

Step 6: Order Confirmation

  • After successfully placing your order, you will see an order confirmation page on our website.

  • Additionally, an order confirmation email with your order details and order number will be sent to the email address you provided. Please keep this email for your records and future reference.
